Depending on the delivery location you purchase on shopatbeteck.com, different shipping methods will be available. We mostly use DHL Express for international deliveries while in the country, we do that by using Beteck delivery.

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 17:00 P.M. West African time will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated. For remote locations, please add an additional 1-2 business day to each shipping method’s expected delivery time. On the other hand, if your location is outside of Cameroon, an addition of 2-7 business days should be applied.
